  郵送による募集要項の請求方法
  
  志願者の氏名・住所及び郵便番号を明記した返信用封筒（角形2号，縦33.2cm，横24.0cmで180円相当の切手を貼ったもの）を同封の上，封筒の表に「工学部/大学院工学研究科　研究生募集要項請求」と朱書きし，以下まで請求してください。

  How to request a payment form by postal mail
  - - - Applicants who reside in Japan and who have received informal acceptance are required to send us a self-addressed envelope with stamps for 180 yen to the address below to request a payment form. When making such a request, please write “
        
        Graduate School of Engineering research student examination fee payment form request
        ” in red on the envelope containing the self-addressed one.
