　　(Do not write the number of copies you submit (example: 6), but the number of volumes
　　that make up the dissertation itself. This is normally 1 volume.)

Reference Research Papers

　※1. Make sure to write “No reference research paper” if you do not have any reference
　　　research paper to submit.

　※2. [Preliminary Review] When submitting a reference dissertation, follow
　　　the instructions of your academic supervisor (or a professor who accepts
　　　your preliminary reivew request for the case of applicants who have not gone through
　　　the doctoral program).

　※3.[Dissertation Review] When submitting a reference research paper, write both
　　　its Title and the Number of Volumes in the way described above, and submit
　　　the number of copies equivalent to the number of dissertations.
　　 　(The reference dissertations will also be sent to Kobe University Library, etc.
　　　Make sure to staple all the documents together.)

　※4. [Dissertation Review] If dissertations do not need to be sent to Kobe
　　　University Library but you want to submit them to the Review Committee
　　　only as references, write “No reference dissertation” on this
　　　“Dissertation Bibliography,” and submit a number of copies equivalent to the number
　　　of Review Committee Members. (In a case where there is more than one dissertation, clip
　　　the dissertations together for each Review Committee Member.)

Notes:　
　(1)　An additional page may be added if needed. If there is more than one page,
　　　 please staple all the pages together in the upper left corner.

　(2)　Use A4 paper.

　(3)　If there is more than one author of a dissertation, indicate a few of the names
　　　 including the name of the applicant, and write “et al.”
